Megaprojects - Concepts, Strategies, and Practices for Success shares best practices to help participants improve the performance of megaprojects. The course materials are derived from more than 300 megaprojects contained in IPA’s proprietary Megaproject Database, representing an average cost of $3.5 billion (in 2010 terms) and over 80 sponsor organizations. Each megaproject in the database is characterized by over 3,000 project attributes that enable IPA to perform detailed analyses regarding the project phases, project management practices, and performance.
